Located in the seaside village of Sorrento on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, this tranquil studio feels like a hidden sanctuary — close to the ocean, yet tucked away in its own peaceful pocket overlooking the bushland.

Ocean Beach Yoga offers the perfect setting to retreat inward. The light-filled studio features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a private deck, inviting in the stillness and softness of the trees beyond.

Upon arrival you’ll step into a welcoming ground floor space with cozy nooks and inviting corners to rest, journal, or simply be during lunch and breaks designed to support your ease and comfort throughout the day.

About Your Host


Kaela Raku is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound healer, and voice specialist with a deep passion for creating experiences that invite rest, reconnection, and inner resonance.

With over five years of teaching experience and extensive training in vinyasa, yin yoga, meditation, bhakti yoga, and sound healing, Kaela offers a nurturing space where movement, stillness, and sound come together in meaningful, transformative ways.

Drawing from her background as a performer and voice teacher, Kaela weaves the power of voice into her offerings — using sound as a bridge to deeper healing. Through intuitive sound journeys and purposefully crafted yoga practices, she holds space for others to connect with the body’s own wisdom and capacity to restore itself.

This retreat is an extension of that approach — a day to soften, to return to breath and body, and to align with the quiet wisdom of winter. Through nurturing movement, deep rest, and the alchemy of sound, you’ll be gently guided back to the grounded, spacious place within.

A non-refundable $50pp deposit via bank transfer will be required to secure your booking.
